Senior transportation
MedSync provides seniors with non-emergency medical transportation when driving becomes a liability. MedSync senior transportation services are there to assist the elderly with day to day and long distant medical transports for medical appointments. With our custom air ride vans, Patients can relax and enjoy the ride.
Assistive transportation
MedSync's vehicles are equipped with slip resistant ramps to better serve our clients who require assistive transportation: wheelchairs, walkers, etc. Providing a safe comfortable experience for our passengers is the top priority.
Wheelchair transportation
Equipped with extended space MedSync provides comfortable wheelchair transportation services. With plenty of room to adjust and maneuver, we assist our clients with all aspects of the transportation process.
Non-Emergency transportation
We work closely with many medical facilities helping you get to and from your regularly scheduled doctor's appointments. Providing comprehensive medical transport services (NEMT) all our vehicles are equipped with the necessary supplies to handle any non-emergency transportation need.
Accompaniment Services
Accompaniment services include companionship and facilitators. We can stay with your loved one at the medical facility and keep them company, then bring them safely home. Whatever you require to be done, we can accommodate your needs.

Over the years we have worked with hundreds of individuals, their families, trustees, and guardians in an effort to ease the transition period in a person's life when: attending medical appointments alone, grocery shopping, entertainment, special events, social dates and other activities can be difficult.
By providing families and individuals with quality transportation we strive to contribute to the benefit of the community as a whole.

Long Distance Medical & IME
In addition to providing long distance transportation throughout Michigan and beyond, we also provide specialized care for clients who may need to travel a long way for IME Evaluations.
Oxygen Administration
Providing supplemental oxygen is an essential element of treatment for many patients. Our company is certified to provide transport for clients who require oxygen at the time of transport. Our knowledgeable personnel is uniquely qualified to handle oxygen tanks and the clients who need them.

Each health insurance plan is different. Some insurance companies will reimburse for transportation, and some will not. If your insurance plan does cover transportation, transportation will have to be paid upfront, and you are welcomed to submit a receipt to your health insurance for reimbursement.
We service all of Michigan, the neighboring states, and provide transportation out of state. Where ever you would like to travel we will take you.
Depending on the circumstances involved, yes we can provide patients with equipment and transportation to help alleviate from sitting upright for lengthy periods during transfers. Please call for further information.
Yes, we are covid compliant. There are units dedicated just for covid patients ONLY. We sanitize EVREY SINGLE VEHICLE and clean them before and after each transport.
We can carry two wheelchairs and three separate passengers at one time.
No. We provide transportation to medical appointments, social events, weddings, family gatherings, commercial shoots, and much more.
Yes, we offer a private shuttle service for special events, please call for further information.
We dedicate each vehicle to each client. We do not ram around town picking other people up along routes unless agreed upon by all parties that are scheduled to ride that same day.
Yes, family members, caregivers are welcome to ride along.
